Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Mid-level or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts – Compliance to join Final Assembly Compliance team based out of Renton, Washington on multiple shifts.

The 737 program is bolstering its compliance team on multiple shifts in Renton Final Assembly and Wings. We are looking for several self-motivated employees to build out this team and ensure our factory-wide compliance is at optimal levels at all times. In this position, you will perform compliance auditing, compile results, and present findings to leadership.  You will also organize and participate in improvement projects as a result of your findings. Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.

  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis.

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management.

  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work any shift, based on the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS).

Typical Education/Experience: 

Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Senior (Level 4):  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range:

Mid-Level (Level 3): $85,000 - $110,000

Senior (Level 4): $100,300 - $129,600
