Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical standards, while also mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
