Help drive innovation and enable world-class sales execution as the Sales Operations Manager at Printpack, a flexible packaging industry pioneer with a reputation for excellence in customer service, product innovation, and sustainability leadership. In this highly impactful role, you will spearhead transformation in how we equip and empower our sales team through cutting-edge technology and strategic process improvements. 

Responsibilities:

• Be the catalyst for increasing sales productivity and improving sales execution by developing a visionary roadmap for our CRM, sales enablement tools, and commercial use of AI. Identify opportunities, build business cases, and lead implementation of new solutions.

• Propel commercial effectiveness through data-driven programs. Analyze key performance metrics and business results, uncover insights, and roll out strategic initiatives to meet and exceed targets.

• Partner cross-functionally to uplevel our commercial efforts. Collaborate with teams from Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience on sales training, sales enablement, and sales force automation.

• Cultivate a high-performing sales operations team. Attract top talent, provide mentorship, and create an environment for professional growth.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 10+ years driving success in B2B sales ops or enablement roles, with expertise in Salesforce administration. Admin certification required. Developer certification preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.

• Proven ability to design and execute transformative commercial change management initiatives.

• Experience with business intelligence tools, ERP, and proficiency across Excel and PowerPoint applications.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytics prowess, and financial acumen.

• Superb communication skills to simplify complex concepts and secure stakeholder buy-in.

• A collaborative spirit and talent for aligning cross-functional teams.
