Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also act as the primary point of contact for any queries related to the applications, facilitating communication between teams and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management within SAP environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
