Job Overview:
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Store Planning, the Sr. Design Analyst is responsible for coordinating the drawings for all assigned projects from initial conception through to execution.  Working with both internal and external teams.
Accountabilities:
•    Work with Planning Team to develop Fixture Plans for all projects for assigned banners.
•    Develop proposed Fixture Plans, based on the known requirements to create viable layouts for review by the Planning Team.
•    Ownership of Fixture Plans and the adherence of drawing standards and procedures. 
•    Attend and support internal meetings as the key role for fixture plan support.
•    Provide insights and recommendations to Business Leads on space planning and construction obstacles that may impede the projects. 
•    Coordinate with Design Technologist and Consultants to ensure that deadlines are being met.
•    Coordinate drafting, updates and final reviews of all Fixture Plans with Design Technologists and Consultants.
•    Attend Design Décor Meetings with Consultants and coordination of design intent from Fixture Plan is captured accurately on Consignment Package drawings.
•    Coordinate with Consultants on all drawing updates from Planning and  Engineering, ensuring accuracy of both the Fixture Plans and the Consultant Engineering drawings.
•    Create and manage various project trackers in spreadsheet form.
Role Requirements
•    Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
•    Minimum of one year in a Design position
•    Minimum of one year Autodesk Revit experience
•    Minimum of one year AutoCAD experience
•    Working knowledge of MS Excel or other spreadsheet applications
•    Strong problem-solving skills required
•    Strong analytical skills required
•    Excellent written & oral communication skills
•    Self Motivated and able to take minimal direction and take initiative
•    Able to manage multiple projects at once and perform in a fast- paced environment
•    People orientated
•    Able to travel for site & consultant support
•    Based out of 1 Presidents Choice Circle
