We’re looking for a Team Manager, Sales Development to play a key role in accelerating success at the top of the funnel for Similarweb. This role will report into Director, Sales Development (EMEA)

As the Team Manager, Sales Development (Enterprise), your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across the EMEA region. This role involves being a central source of knowledge and best practices, ensuring that the team is well-trained, effectively onboarded, and continuously mentored to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive results in generating sales-qualified meetings and quality pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
  • Develop and prepare team members for career progression into more complex full-cycle sales roles as Sales Managers (AEs) or Account Managers (AMs).
  • Report to the Director of Sales Development, EMEA.
  • Manage the day-to-day SDR operating rhythm focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Implement a strategic approach to territory planning by identifying and targeting high-value personas. This will enable the generation of substantial pipeline opportunities, ultimately resulting in increased closed-won revenue.
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and skills over time through coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of training and coaching to ramp new reps and continue building their sales acumen and value knowledge set.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Co-develop and update our Sales Development playbook.
  • Collaborate with Strategic, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to develop a successful GTM strategy for effective outbound messaging.
  • Create a fun, high-energy, results-oriented environment where SDRs love to work.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales Development Team Management driving outbound pipeline generation via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Performance: Consistently performs above team quota and can forecast accurately.
  • Leadership: Excellent people management and servant leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, and the next wave of AI-driven sales development tools.
  • Approach: Data-driven in leadership approach to performance management.
  • Motivation: Ability to motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives and quotas.
