NVIDIA is seeking a creative, and hands-on Software Quality Assurance Engineer who is a quick learner, can understand software and hardware specifications, build reliable tests to improve quality, and accelerate delivery of NVIDIA products.
3D Graphics Testing with NVIDIA GPUs, Display Drivers, and features with Top-tier Games.
Developing and Executing test plans and test cases for Windows display driver features.
Testing for Compatibility, Image quality, Gameplay, Streaming, and User Experience.
Execute Manual, Automated, and open system tests during test cycles.
Analyze test runs, troubleshoot, and isolate issues and reporting.
Conferring with automation and development engineers to update processes and test plans
Driving quality improvements through bugs, processes, and test plans
B.E./B. Tech degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics engineering with strong academics or equivalent experience
5+ years of SQA or testing background with strong analysis skills
Gaming enthusiast, with proficiency in Gaming and qualifying software, with hands-on experience on Desktop, Notebook, and VR platforms.
Proficient in building and managing test beds, excellent Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills.
Great teammate, quick learner, passionate about working on new technology with excellent problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal in English
Experience leading other QA engineers: developing test plans for others, assuring high quality across a group
Proven understanding of and gaming experience on Windows OS
Experience working with remote teams
Understanding of PC game's visual technologies and modern GPU architecture
Scripting language (Python, Perl) knowledge; C/C++/JS skills a plus
Familiarity working with NVIDIA GPU hardware and NVIDIA technologies viz. DLSS, VR, DSR, MFAA, TXAA, PhysX, G-SYNC, NVIDIA GameWorks™, GeForce Experience is a strong plus
Deep understanding of, and testing experience with, all recent Windows OS versions
Good problem-solving skills (solid logic to apply in isolation and regression of issues found).
