Position Summary
As a Senior Manager within the Implementation Management Office at CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, you will lead and oversee enterprise-level programs and portfolios with budgets exceeding $50 million. You will be responsible for driving strategic planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact initiatives that generate millions in annual value, directly contributing to the organization’s financial and operational performance.
In this role, you will establish and scale advanced program and portfolio management practices to ensure alignment with Specialty Pharmacy’s strategic objectives. You will manage the full lifecycle of initiatives—from intake and prioritization through implementation and performance monitoring ensuring measurable outcomes that support operational efficiency and align with business growth goals. You will be expected to have solid business acumen and a demonstrated ability to learn business processes, particularly operations.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project and portfolio management, strong financial and operational acumen, and proven thought and people leadership experience. You will be a strategic thinker and change agent, capable of influencing across functions and levels to deliver transformative outcomes.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
