About the Role

• Supporting mainly HR applications (Workday).
• Supporting HRIT Technical Lead & Manager on work assignments.
• Able to manage all aspects of the integration, business mapping between Global HRIT Platform and other related systems.
• Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned.
  • Perform system configuration and customization.
  • Manages all assigned Change Requests and deliver according to the target resolution time.
  • Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
  • Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
  • Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request when necessary.
  • Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
  • Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT CoE to ensure delivery of the functional work as required
  • Drive new or enhanced features to improve customer experience in using cloud solutions.
  • Contribute to the quality standards and continuous improvement of the HRIT SOPs including alignment of deliverables to business processes.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

  • University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
  • Has exposure in Workday as a support function or as an end user
  • Has Workday configuration experience in Integration module
  • Has experience in Java Programming is an added advantage

  • Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills
  • Able to write clearly and concisely and work within tight deadlines
  • Able to work extended hours when necessary
  • Possess personal attributes such as maturity, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative, self-motivation

  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
