Main Tasks
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for open positions, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive engagement and networking, especially for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
- Strong candidate assessment skills and negotiation skills, ensure high-quality candidate delivery.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, develop, and optimize recruiting channels and future talent networks.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, be able to develop positive working relationships across all level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, good team player, good negotiation and communication skills.
- Take ownership of employer branding activities, including but not limited to employer value proposition (EVP) promotion, social media campaigns, and other initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer image.
- Update and maintain staffing-related policies in accordance with company compliance and global guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Education
- University degree and above.
Experience
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational company, with a strong preference for candidates with headhunter/agency background.
Other skills
- Demonstrated success in sourcing for R&D or other critical roles; experience in high-tech industries is a plus.
- Solid knowledge and experience in other areas of Human Resources Management is an advantage.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to develop positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, innovative, independent, and proactive; a strong team player who can work under pressure.
- Excellent candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
- Experience in employer branding, event planning, or related activities is highly desirable.
- Computer literacy and fluency in both English and Chinese.
