For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Events Coordinator role.
Work arrangements:
Hybrid model work: 2 days per week from the office located next to Rondo ONZ
Contract: 16-month employment contract (maternity cover)
Working hours: 9:00 to 17:15 with flexibility around the hours if needed (events related)
Business travel: Occasional business travel may be required.
Purpose:
Your role will be to assist in the planning and execution of events that align with firm strategy, as well as marketing priorities. You will work closely with Events Team Lead and regional marketing teams to deliver a range of events.

You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team.
