This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Revenue Operations Billing Analysts

To thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented billing department. You will provide customer service regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers. 

  • Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customer regarding their billing concerns 

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication 

  • Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.

  • Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

  • Knowledge of Billing procedures 

  • Strong attention to detail goal-oriented 

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Has good communication skills. 

  • Knows how to reconcile and review invoices being disputed. 

  • Knows how to Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer. Must be amenable to work on US hours
