Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to drive the timely and effective delivery of our Efficiency Programme, with a focus on embedding an expense efficiency culture.

  • Support Workforce Efficiency - Administer and monitor Regional Office hiring requests.
    • Collaborate with hiring manager/functional leads to understand Workforce request,
    • Prepare Workforce request report for hiring committee decision making,
    • Prepare monthly Workforce (headcount and costs) report, report variances, and analyze Workforce expense trend for management actions,
    • Streamline and automate the Workforce efficiency process.
    • Maintain the access and cost center lists within HIREF platform,
    • Spearhead any further developments on the RO HIREF process.

  • Support Expenses Efficiency – Report and monitor sustainable saves for Asia Segment.
    • Responsible for producing regular reports to track the regional initiative status and performance (e.g., MOR, BU and Function Reporting),
    • Collaborate with Asia functions / markets’ representative on the reporting process, understand benefits variances and provide guidance on organization efficiency saves reporting requirements,
    • Manage and guide users on non Book-Of-Work initiatives submission,
    • Maintain the access list to GIA sites and dashboard. The role will handle and coordinate access requests to GIA SharePoint sites and dashboard for programme reporting.

  • Support Other Efficiency Actions – Analyze Expense Data for areas of opportunities.
    • Assist in organization efficiency improvement initiatives,
    • Create financial models bases on analysis and necessary reports to support decision making for business and operational improvement.
    • Analyze and compare trends across functions, market, and industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or any related field
  • 4-5 years’ experience in data and expense analysis
  • Process Improvement exposure/involvement
  • Experience in dealing with international stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong analytics and problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple clients simultaneously, independent, self-motivated, resourceful and a team-player
