The Sr Analyst of Workforce Management (WFM) will manage all aspects of the labor planning/budgeting and reporting for our club operations. They will report directly to the Capacity and Labor Manager, who over sees all WFM related activities. This employee will be responsible for optimizing our workforce operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and superior customer service delivery.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  •  Utilize workforce management software to forecast workload, schedule staff, and monitor real-time service levels.
  • Analyze historical data and industry trends to develop accurate staffing forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and operational goals..
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce efficiency while maintaining service level agreements.
  • Generate regular reports and analysis on workforce metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in workforce management.


Qualifications

  • 3 years - 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
  • Previous Budgeting/Planning or Workforce Management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $80,000.00.
