About the role
As an Allstate Sales Agent, you’ll grow your own book of business, build strong relationships in your community, and help people protect what matters most. This is a hybrid role, where you’ll spend time on-site, but are also able to enjoy a flexible work arrangement based on business needs. Compensation
Commissions are highly variable and are directly tied to sales volume.
