- Must learn the art of consultative communication including how to say “no” and how to say “I don’t know” while maintaining the confidence of the client.
- Must be confident and calming with clients, showing a good balance of boldness and humility. Our clients pay a lot of money for our time and we want them to feel that we are worth their investment.
- Must be able to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ needs/goals and be able to help them meet them through the effective implementation of our software with effective change management and process improvement.
