What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate working sessions with Process Owners to analyze current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and make recommendations for automation in SharePoint using Power Apps and workflow engines such as Power Automate.

  • Develop interactive SharePoint solutions and workflows to automate and improve manual processes and visualize data in Tableau and Power BI; maintain data, lists, and information from the site in a format that can be easily coupled with data analytics.

  • Write and modify code such as HTML to enhance client applications, workflows, and document libraries based on client needs and requirements. Experience with improving User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI).

  • Develop and update procedural documents such as SOPs, Work-Instructions, Process Design Documents, Solutions Design Documents, Process Flows, etc.

  • Develop executive level briefings and dashboards to provide project updates and performance metrics to customer leadership.

  • Work successfully as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.


What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • TWO (2) or more years of demonstrated experience developing interactive SharePoint solutions and workflows, automation tools, and enhancing manual processes through business process reengineering


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other commercial automation tools;

  • Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts;

  • Human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations;

  • Business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management.

  • Business process analysis and optimization;

  • Selecting and applying the appropriate automation or software tool for a given customer requirement.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate clearly about technical issues and needs to clients during meetings

  • Effective communication to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional environment;

  • Strong organization and self-management skills, ability to self sufficiently complete assigned tasks on time, willingness to ask questions when unclear, and the willing to take initiative and follow through;

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities;

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
