About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the design, development, delivery and maintenance of applications in health management system.

- Responsible for the scheduling, process management of projects and ensure the timely delivery.

- Project management or related task coordinator.

- Ensure the deliverables are managed within the timeline.

- Track the schedule and progress for projects.

- Solve technical issues and provide technical support.

- Provide technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers.

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Education – Bachelor degree with Computer science or related;

- 5+ years of experience in programming and system architecture (Experience in distributed, high concurrency, high efficiency, DB performance optimization in the environment of JAVA, MySQL and Linux is preferred)

- 2+ years experience in project management.

- Strong Java, Spring Boot & Micro services architecture experience.

- Knowledge and hands on experience on REST, HTML5 is an added advantage. - Be able to work independently under a high pressure.

- Manage multi tasks in parallel efficiently.

- Quick learner and strong willingness in learning new technologies.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
