Oversees the financial operations related to cash flow management within the organization. This role entails monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives. The Sr. Cash Forecasting Manager will work closely with various departments to forecast cash requirements, manage working capital, and develop strategies to improve cash flow performance. Key responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, financial reporting, and implementing best practices for cash management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Monitor daily cash positions and provide update relative to the forecast.
  • Analyze cash flow trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. 
  • Collaborate with finance, inventory,  credit, and operational teams to optimize working capital. 
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow, including optimizing receivables, payables, and inventory management. 
  • Prepare regular cash flow reports and present findings to senior leadership. 
  • Lead initiatives to automate and enhance cash management processes and systems. 
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization. 

Minimum Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. 

Critical Skills

  • Proven experience in cash flow management, treasury, or corporate finance. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems. 
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
  • Experience in effective business partnership with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • Prior experience in Financial analysis and forecasting, Cash flow optimization, Working capital management.
  • Ability to lead and balance multiple projects, strategic financial planning, financial reporting, automation and process improvement.

Salary: 108,700.00 - 144,900.00 - 181,100.00 USD Annual (Target 130K with 20% MIP)

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$108,700 - $181,100
