About the Role

作为Rise Program（瑞升计划）项目成员，您将加入友邦人寿战略性人才基础设施建设项目，成为公司未来ADM（营业单位负责人）的重点培养对象。本项目不仅是人才培养计划，更是支撑公司未来机构扩张与业务持续增长的关键举措。您将通过2-3年系统化培养，有机会成长为"文化优、专业强、复合型、高绩效、向未来"的营业单位负责人，实现个人职业发展的快速跃升，同时为公司战略目标达成提供基层关键人才支撑。

Responsibilities:

前1-1.5年为项目融入及基础建设（筑基）阶段，在本阶段您需要深入理解项目目标、价值与期望，明确个人成长路径；完成文化与角色认知学习，快速融入友邦文化体系；积极参与开营仪式及首阶段季度轮训，建立项目成员间的联结与协作；完成新人发展、业务推动、人力发展等基础轮岗；完成并授权NPA课程、基本法、产服及计划书等基础学习任务，并通过绩效评估、能力成长（在岗评估、课程通关&考试、成长汇报等）考核；接受异地派驻工作。第二阶段开始会定岗，具体岗位职责由定岗后工作岗位职责确定。

• 业务训练的日常管理和培训运作工作，能够讲授营销员课程、进行团队销售建设操作，带班实务操作和培训系统操作。
• 增员和推动晋升的日常工作，了解人力发展历程及主要经营策略，掌握增员流程各环节的工作重点，熟悉数字化增员工具，能够完成增员、留存和推动晋升的常规工作。
• 营销员渠道经营的常规工作，活动量管理，讲授主流产品知识及销售方式，策划产品推动活动，设计和推动竞赛方案，客户经营及开拓等。
• 营销员日常行政管理工作，掌握业务行政部门工作内容，以及与渠道业务的关联，能够胜任业务行政的工作。
• 营业单位基础管理工作，督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动和营销员活动，推动、追踪增员、新人留存和主管晋升及组织相关活动的实施，为业务培训提供完善的支持，协助培训活动、课程、项目的顺利执行实施。对业务员业务品质和销售行为进行管理，确保合规经营。

Requirements:

• 全日制本科及以上学历
• 符合友邦文化价值观
• 具备良好的口碑，无违纪违规情形
• 3年+工作经验
• 英文能力良好，能听说读写
• 具备极强的适应力、学习力、內驱力（上进心）、目标感
• 能够交付高质量的工作成果，并且有可追溯的工作记录。
• 能够接受异地轮岗和工作。
