About the role

The Senior Account Executive leads new business opportunities for major brand clients. It’s a senior-level role for a strategic leader with significant opportunity to influence team direction and drive growth. Clients include national brands in critical verticals such as telecommunications, home furnishings, entertainment, home security, finance, and home improvement. In this role, you will get to:

  • Own and grow revenue for a portfolio of key clients, including high-profile national accounts

  • Prospect for new clients in high-growth verticals, with a focus on enterprise-level opportunities

  • Master and demonstrate advanced sales techniques and deep product knowledge to solve complex client challenges and priorities

  • Sell comprehensive solutions spanning native, audience, and programmatic scale

  • Evaluate new growth opportunities and develop long-term account plans to expand client relationships

  • Collaborate closely with Product teams, Ad Ops, Account Management, and other internal teams

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales processes and shape team strategy

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $99,700.00 - $159,300.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Highly self-sufficient with a proven ability to excel in an autonomous work environment

  • 7+ years of sales experience or equivalent preferred, with a focus on digital media or advertising

  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional revenue growth in both existing and new business, strategic relationship building, and delivering customer success

  • Proactive and consultative in your sales approach, skilled at uncovering and aligning with client goals at the executive level

  • Strong one-on-one and group presentation skills, including to C-suite audiences

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships, complex campaigns, and competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in negotiation and contract management
