The role lies within the Operations Technology (OpsTech) team across SMART Automation and Imaging portfolios. OpsTech is part of Global services technology within Citi, and is focused on supporting the multi-year, multi-workstream Transformation Programs for Client Operations.  The key goals of these programs are to enhance, streamline and automate Operations to improve productivity, scalability, controls and client experience as well as supporting integration of tech strategy and innovation with business vision.

As a part of this, we are looking for a senior architecture and engineering lead who can drive this transformation agenda for the teams. Role requirements are mentioned below

Role Requirements

• Candidate should have extensive experience on .NET or Java technologies including hands-on experience on .NET core/Java spring boot, MS-SQL/Oracle
• Candidate should have extensive experience on Imaging technologies including using Open source libraries like Tesseract and products like KOFAX, Instabase etc.
• Candidate should have experience on using tools like Talend/AbInitio and Bigdata technologies like SPARK, HUE, StarBurst
• Candidate should have extensive experience of configuring and using DevOps tools including Lightspeed, uDeploy, TeamCity, Jenkins etc.
• Candidate should be able to define architectural roadmaps for tools, technologies and products in use in Imaging and Operations technology team
• Candidate should be able to work closely with central and BU ARB groups and be able to define target state architecture and end states for various programs and initiatives under Imaging and Opstech verticals
• Candidate should facilitate Review / Approval on any deviations to global standards with Operations & Technology Senior Leadership Team  and should be able to analyze and evaluate strategic technologies offered by vendors.
• Manage multiple global concurrent initiatives and projects of varying sizes and complexity providing technical and operational leadership into the annual book of work
• Drive engineering culture within the team and work on improving developer productivity, DevOps, AI and engineering tools adoption across the group

• Responsible for all technical directions and decisions based on technical expertise, experience, vision and conformance to enterprise standards
• Follow emerging industry trends and potential disrupters to Technology processes

Qualifications:

• 15+ years relevant experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent
