We seek an experienced Senior Manager - Windchill PLM to lead the strategic alignment, analysis, and optimization of our PLM solutions, focusing on integrating and unifying Windchill PLM and Agile PLM systems. This role will drive process harmonization, optimize product data management, and ensure seamless, cross-functional alignment across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in PLM systems to drive efficiency, support business growth, and enhance collaboration across engineering, operations, and IT teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic PLM Unification: Participate in the strategic initiative to unify Agile PLM and Windchill PLM systems. Design and oversee the roadmap for integration, ensuring that combined PLM capabilities meet business needs and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PLM system enhancements. Translate requirements into actionable specifications and solutions.

  • Process Harmonization: Drive process harmonization between Agile PLM and Windchill PLM, identifying opportunities for consistency in workflows, product data management, and change control processes.

  • Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams and timelines for PLM integration, upgrades, and enhancement projects, ensuring project goals are met within budget and on time. Utilize Agile methodologies for iterative development and delivery.

  • System Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance PLM functionalities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop solutions to streamline product lifecycle management processes, improving data integrity and operational efficiency.

  • Data Migration and Governance: Oversee data migration activities and governance frameworks to ensure the successful unification of Agile and Windchill data models, focusing on data quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

  • Training & Change Management: Develop and execute training programs for users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of the unified PLM system. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing projects.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of PLM enhancements and unification. Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership on project progress, system performance, and improvement areas.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ overall years of experience in PLM business analysis, with at least 5+ years of management experience in the semi-conductor industry

  • Proven experience leading complex PLM unification projects, ideally within a large-scale, multi-site environment.

  • Strong understanding of PLM concepts, product data management, and cross-functional collaboration in a PLM ecosystem.

  • Proficiency in project management, ideally with experience in Agile or similar methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with data migration and system integration, especially within large enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge of ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems that interface with PLM.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations relevant to PLM in the specific industry.
