Job Description

Mission:
Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her business unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor, so that his/her work will enhance decision-making processes and processes involving the project’s execution and provide the internal client with added value through his/her professional performance.

Sub-function responsible for implementing, monitoring and reporting administrative/financial activity of a company or project, by means of planning, organisation, recording of documentation, drawing up reports, entry of data and maintenance of the operational office, with special focus on payables, receivables, execution of movements of treasury and banks, settlement of taxes and drawing up of basic annual financial statements; maintaining processes of accounting, budgets and financial reports of the organisation; conducting basic financial analyses. It also provides administrative services to all the organisation’s processes.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, with a focus on the North American market.

  • Deep understanding of accounting and auditing standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them accurately.

  • Strong knowledge of financial control, cash flow analysis, treasury management, and budgeting.

  • Experience leading and managing budgeting processes, creating financial forecasts, and aligning departmental goals with overall business objectives.

  • Familiarity with SAP, BPC and other ERP systems is highly valued.

  • Experience in the infrastructure sector is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
