Main responsibilities:

• Disciplinary management of the technical project managers

• Technical leadership of the global R&D team for the development of ADAS solutions

• Responsibility for system and component development of innovative active safety functions (system design, specification, development, integration and testing) taking functional safety into account according to ISO 26262

• Coordination of system behavior and functional requirements with internal and external project partners

• Monitoring compliance with project specifications for system development (dates, milestones, quality)

• Driving the change and error management

• Creation of development documentation according to Automotive SPICE

• Coordination, support and control of internal and external development partners as well as other services in the product development process

• Identification and development of the potential of the team and individual team members

• Hiring new employees, responsibility for the targeted training and further development of employees
