We are now looking for a Lubricants Logistics Support professional to join our team in Gibraltar.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting our lubricants operations across Gibraltar, Spain, and France. You will act as a key link between operations and finance, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate stock management, and effective forecasting across a Europe-wide supply model.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Finance for lubricants activities
- Partner with financial reporting and billing teams to ensure accurate processing
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Reconcile stock levels (system vs. physical inventory) and assist with month-end checks
- Investigate and resolve customer order queries
- Raise and manage purchase orders, verifying pricing and quantities
- Prepare delivery documentation to support daily operations
- Contribute to monthly reporting and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – essential
- French language skills – a strong advantage
- Experience in logistics, coordination, or high-volume operations, or a customer-facing role with strong organisational responsibilities
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- A collaborative team player
- Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel (stock tracking, data analysis, reporting)
