Overview of Position

This intern is responsible for supporting the global Talent Optimization team on strategic initiatives and projects. This team drives quality, automation and efficiency through technology, process and training solutions for the global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, project management and enterprise-level global talent strategies.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? 

• Support the Talent Optimization team to optimize the Talent Acquisition function through various projects.
• Participate in project meetings, providing project management support (tracking project milestones and activities)
• Help prepare materials for stakeholder meetings, including presentations, training materials and project updates for key stakeholders
• Provide ongoing technology and vendor support to existing vendors and users
• Participate in research on emerging trends in talent acquisition technology & vendors

What are the requirements needed for this position? 

• University student in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar
• Proactive and strong initiative – see a need and support it
• Strong communication, collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
• Desire for continuous improvement
• Curiosity to understand complex processes and utilize critical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects & prioritize effectively
• Experience creating visual presentations.  Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Experience with Monday.com software or other task-management software
• Curiosity around emerging technology and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Passion for people through recruitment or human resources
• Desire to learn & grow in project management
