Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is searching for Industrial Engineers/Principal Industrial Engineers (Level 2/3) to support our Industrial Engineering Operations Management group (IEOM). The selected candidates will join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on site in Iuka, Mississippi to lead our manufacturing optimization efforts.
Please Note: This position is on-site in Iuka, MS and cannot be performed remotely due to the nature of the role. Travel is estimated to be around 10%.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will work together with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to develop and refine production build schedules, implement cost-saving solutions and drive efficiency improvements.

Salary Range: $64,900.00 - $97,300.00Salary Range 2: $79,800.00 - $119,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
