As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Digital Publisher will help shape our digital experience so that it genuinely helps our clients around the globe. With support of Digital Producers, UX Designers, Creative Team and Digital Lead, this individual will be responsible for understanding and executing defined business objectives and requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining webpages on global sites, using the dedicated content management system (CMS) and technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Marketo and more.

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day web tasks and operational requests, including text changes, file uploads, recurring website updates, ad-hoc content requests, page builds, troubleshooting and general web content publishing responsibilities.

  • Collaborating with web producers on status updates and timelines to make sure that production SLAs are met.

  • Ensuring editorial and visual content being published is in line with style and brand guidelines.

  • Assisting with maintaining overall health on sites by analyzing Siteimprove data and making any necessary corrections that will increase digital certainty index, quality assurance and accessibility scores.

  • Working with multilingual content on global websites.

  • Keeping up to date with new solutions and enhancements introduced by the Company.

  • Being part of more complex publishing projects (building hubs or migrating whole sections/sites).

  • Showing initiative and seeking best available solutions to present provided content online.

  • Displaying ability to use web-based work management and project management software to track and prioritize work.

  • Reporting any issues and bugs through dedicated help center.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2+ years of experience in website maintenance and production.

  • Understanding of Content Management Systems and application to content production environment.

  • Has strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS would be welcome.

  • Familiar with current trends in websites creation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Solid problem-solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning.

  • Has strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently to assess user requests and execute within set standards, processes, and timelines.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment and work under pressure.

  • Experience working within a virtual/international team environment desired.

  • Experience in the digital marketing field desired.

Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to be $71,400.00 - $84,000.00.
