Focus of the Role
The role will ensure timely statutory filings, strong governance practices, and proactive compliance management, including: running a monthly compliance connect, maintaining a compliance tracker across applicable laws, and coordinating with external CS consultants, tax teams, global risk & compliance teams, and other stakeholders.

Role Summary
We are looking for a CA + CS professional (2–5 years) to be appointed as the Whole-Time Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) for managing end-to-end company secretarial and compliance activities for Companies and LLPs.
Key Responsibilities
A) Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance (Companies/LLPs)
B) Statutory Compliance, Filings & Certifications
C) FEMA / RBI / Overseas Investment & Regulatory Reporting
D) Dematerialisation (DEMAT) / Share & Securities Compliance
E) Compliance Management & Tracker Ownership
F) Consultant Management & Stakeholder Coordination
G) Audit / GRC / Stakeholder Management
Support audit, governance, and regulatory reviews.
Provide required documentation for financial statements and governance audits.
Assist in related party and disclosure governance processes.
Liaise across finance, tax, legal, consultants, and global teams.
Qualification & Experience
Mandatory: CA + CS (with Membership eligibility for Whole-Time CS position)
Experience: 2–5 years in Company Secretarial + Compliance
