Clinical Nurse I - Full-Time - Telehealth - NYP/Ambulatory Care Network/Columbia Campus

Use your clinical Nursing experience to provide care to patients using telehealth to improve call management and access to care; to provide outstanding compassionate care, patient assessments and education; prescription refills and medication clarification, and prior authorization in an inter-professional environment supporting collaboration and coordination.

This is a full time Monday to Friday position, hours 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Preferred Criteria

• At two years-experience in Ambulatory Care or the Emergency Department
• Certification in Ambulatory Care
• Bilingual English /Spanish
• Telehealth experience

Required Criteria

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum two-years of acute care RN experience

$124,693-$136,018/Annual
