You are a skilled SAP Datasphere (DSP) professional responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and optimizing cloud-based data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere, in combination with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP 4HANA, and SAP BTP services.

The role supports enterprise data strategies, modern data warehousing, and end‑to‑end analytics delivery.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Datasphere solutions aligned with business requirements

• Configure and customize Datasphere components to meet business/data requirements

• Integrate Datasphere with SAP and non‑SAP systems using replication flows, APIs, and cloud connectors

• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Ensure adherence to security standards and lifecycle management practices

• Provide documentation, user guides, and knowledge sharing

Skills & experience

• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/HANA and SAP Datasphere

• Strong experience with SAP Datasphere (data modeling, integration, dataflows) is desired

• Knowledge of ABAP CDS, SQL, and modern data warehousing concepts

• Knowledge of Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning models, and AI-driven insights in SAC

• Experience with related tools: SAC, SAP BW/HANA, SAP BTP, Snowflake

• Understanding of cloud hyperscale (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education/ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus

• Relevant SAP certifications

Key considerations

• Flexibility in the works hours is required, and occasionally working outside standard business hours

• Be on call for urgent incidents, ensuring prompt response and resolution during off-hours when necessary (allowance will be provided)

• Managing a global team involves dealing with different time zones, cultural differences, and varied regulatory environments

• Establish clear governance, processes, and guidelines
