TaskUs is looking for a Customer Onboarding and Training Coordinator to
organize resources and optimize processes to support the magical onboarding experience for new customers.
The Training Coordinator works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that every new customer is set up for success from their first interaction with the products.
What You'll Do
● Monitor and evaluate new customers’ readiness to train and conduct IT quality control as
needed to ensure they ready to train at the scheduled time; up to and including
contacting the customer by phone
● Monitor and direct the confirmation of scheduled trainings to ensure the practice is fully
prepared for scheduled training
● Manage trainer schedules for all training types to maximize availability and streamline
practice onboarding
● Oversee the training escalation workflows to ensure superior customer service, SOP
adherence, and timely reaction to unforeseen circumstances
● Work alongside Training Team Leads and Managers to create SOPs that support
effective training without compromising on speed
● Direct a culture of feedback by regularly soliciting and sharing positive and constructive feedback with Training Managers
● Support new Trainer onboarding through instruction on use of Salesforce
● Maintain Salesforce reporting and be prepared to discuss key metrics around Trainer availability, training reschedule rate and reasons, and training cancellations
What We're Looking For
● 0-1+ years of professional or internship work in a startup, big tech, consulting, or finance environment
● Passionate ownership of customer success
● Bias for action
● Strong organizational and problem solving skills
● Desire to work in ambiguous, high velocity environments
● Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner
● Intellectual curiosity and research abilities
