What You’ll Do
Facilitates patient transfers from outlying facilities and internal physicians to FHS.
Requirements
1.EMT, CNA, MT, NT or equivalent clinical experience equal to 1-2 years.
2.High School graduate or equivalent school or work experience
3.Professional communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in clinical, human services, or healthcare related field
