Due to an internal promotion, a rare opportunity to join the SC Johnson Professional New Zealand Sales team has opened.

Working within a close-knit team, our new Sales Executive will embed themselves into our culture that values strong, transparent communication, internal support and an attitude geared toward business growth.

About the Role:

In this busy and diverse field role servicing the North Island, you will:

  • Secure new business within the B2B/Professional Industrial, Food, Manufacturing, Commercial segments
  • Maintain and grow relationships with our Distribution partners by identifying new opportunities for sales growth, promotional activities and education/training solutions
  • Undertake site audits, implement product trials and facilitate or coordinate product installations
  • Develop joint sales plans with Distributors on an annual basis, with quarterly assessment reviews
  • Ensure daily, accurate information input to Salesforce (CRM)
  • Leverage your Salesforce data to create sales reports, competitor analysis, sales pipelines and opportunity statistics
  • Support your team on cross territory and national accounts
  • Attend promotional and trade events

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience selling into food processing, manufacturing, commercial, dirty industrial or similar segments
  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales budgets and targets
  • Previous experience working with a CRM (Salesforce highly advantageous)
  • Be highly organised with exceptional time management skills and analytical in your approach
  • Be genuinely passionate about closing new business and growing a sales territory
  • Have the ability to travel three nights away from home per fortnight
  • Be Covid-19 vaccinated and hold full NZ working rights. This position isn't eligible for relocation support
