See yourself in our team
As the Product Owner, you will define the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with the Crew’s objectives and purpose. You will build and prioritize the Squad backlog to meet both customer and business needs, identify risks, dependencies, and issues for the squad, ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks and compliance. Your role will also involve communicating the product vision and user stories effectively to the squad and stakeholders, continuously delivering value to customers while balancing risk management with fast delivery and driving product exploration using design thinking and analytics to validate product strategy and design.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:

Work with Chapter Leads and Squad members to ensure the Squad’s focus on prioritised items. Lead sprint planning, help build/refine user stories, and reprioritize the backlog as needed. Assist the squad in removing any blockers to their prioritized tasks.
Strategic Initiatives: Take technical ownership of key strategic initiatives to drive positive outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader direction and strategy.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and problem solving.
Continuous Improvement: Role model continuous improvement and customer focus, driving squad effectiveness and agile maturity.
Tech skills
