Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
Key Accountabilities and Activities
Leading problem solving activities for issues detected at In-Process and final inspection at customer plant and field dedicated customer group
Managing Customer Portals and score cards
Leading PPAP activities for new projects
Leading customer audits, requalification and specific requirements.
Working as a Customer representative in the plant
Preparing regular reports (COPQ, Scrap Analysis, Customer performance …)
Supporting the team in case of serial changes as Quality representative
Managing firewall activities and action plans
Your profile
Key Competencies
B2 level in German is required (spoken and written)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Good skills in VDA 6.5 and VDA 6.3, QDAS software, Formel Q and VW/Audi specific requirements
German customer portal knowledge (Be On, KPML)
Knowledge about IATF 16949, coretools (SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP …)
Experience about Problem Solving methodologies (8D, Fishbone …)
Good organizational and communication skills
Analytic thinking
Qualification and Experience
Degree in industrial / mechanical / metallurgical engineering
2-3 years of experience in automotive customer quality.
Driving license B
