Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale deployments, focusing primarily on transitioning from legacy systems to new, integrated ERP platforms, including the integration of acquisitions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless transitions, manage the full project lifecycle, lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive stakeholder engagement. As a SAP Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful go-live of SAP implementations and resolving any challenges throughout the project lifecycle. This is a functional role requiring extensive SAP expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall project plan for SAP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee all phases of the implementation, from requirements gathering to testing, training, and go-live.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to mitigate issues.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate project status, progress, and roadblocks.
  • Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving action items and addressing issues during implementation.
  • Drive timely issue resolution by coordinating resources and leveraging your expertise to provide solutions.
  • Champion change management initiatives for a smooth user transition.
  • Develop training materials and strategies to enhance user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Establish KPIs to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to plans.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SAP program management experience with increasing complexity in project size and scope.
  • 5+ years of business-facing experience in delivering projects.
  • Successful experience in S/4 roll-outs
  • Deep understanding of S/4 architecture, processes, and best practices, with hands-on experience
  • Actively managed and coordinated teams of 25 to 100
  • Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformations and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid (50%-50%)
  • It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
