Job Title
DXR Commercial Marketing leader/Product Marketing
Job Description
As the DXR Commercial Marketing Leader, you are accountable for shaping DXR’s commercial strategy and translating it into scalable go-to-market execution globally. You will define how DXR is positioned, bundled, differentiated, and brought to market across its lifecycle moving beyond individual campaigns to portfolio-level value creation. You will lead the global DXR marketing function with a mandate to drive growth, accelerate adoption, and improve commercial effectiveness through clear value propositions, integrated offerings, and disciplined execution across regions. Acting as a bridge between product strategy, sales, service, and education, you will ensure DXR competes and wins on value, not features.
Your role :
- Own and shape the downstream commercial strategy for DXR, including go-to-market models, portfolio positioning, and lifecycle value creation — not limited to campaigns or launches.
- Lead the definition of integrated DXR offerings and bundles (systems, software, services, education), in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Service, to maximize customer value and commercial impact.
- Translate DXR’s product and platform strategy into clear commercial plays that guide how the portfolio is sold across segments, customer types, and hospital settings.
- Lead global product launches and promotions with a strong focus on commercial readiness, differentiation, and value capture, ensuring regions are equipped to execute effectively.
- Manage and grow a high-performing global team (7–10), including product marketers and marcom specialists, building capability in strategic thinking, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
- Develop and govern value propositions and economic narratives that resonate with clinicians, administrators, and procurement stakeholders including outcomes, workflow, and total cost of ownership.
- Drive omni-channel activation as an enabler of commercial strategy, ensuring campaigns support defined growth priorities rather than operate as standalone initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to support commercial effectiveness, including segmentation, competitive positioning, sales enablement, and deal support.
- Use market insights, performance data, and field feedback to continuously refine offers, messaging, and commercial focus, making trade-offs explicit.
- Establish strong feedback loops from regions to ensure global strategy remains grounded in customer reality and competitive dynamics.
You're the Right fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA or advanced commercial/business training is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial marketing leadership, product, portfolio, or marketing roles, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
- Experience leading and developing teams (5+ years), with the ability to elevate teams from execution-focused to strategic, commercially minded contributors.
- Demonstrated experience shaping commercial or portfolio strategy, including positioning, bundling, value propositions, or go-to-market models beyond campaign execution.
- Proven ability to work across marketing, product, sales, service, and operations to drive business outcomes and growth.
- Strong business acumen, with experience linking strategic decisions to revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term value creation.
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed global organizations, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights and performance signals into clear commercial priorities and trade-offs.
