  • Serve as the go-to partner ensuring Tipping information is thoughtfully designed and implemented when upstream or partner teams introduce new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams across Compliance, Offer Experience, App, and disbursements to create cohesive and accurate experiences.
  • Partner with engineering and operations to ensure on-time and accurate disbursement of driver earnings, resolving discrepancies and ensuring system reliability.
  • Oversee updates to core driver-facing experiences to improve comprehension and trust.
  • Define, develop, and enhance products by building clear roadmaps, writing PRDs, managing delivery, and evaluating performance against KPIs.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships across Design, Data, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions at scale.

You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If…
  • You’re energized by complex, cross-functional problems that touch both user experience and financial accuracy.
  • You’re an excellent communicator—able to translate technical details into simple narratives and adapt your style to executive, technical, or operational audiences.
  • You’re a strong collaborator and team player, who builds trust quickly and thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • You’re deeply user-centric and comfortable translating driver pain points into actionable product improvements.
  • You use data and insights to drive decisions and can tell compelling stories through metrics.
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding structured, pragmatic paths forward.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, influence without authority, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of payments, product lifecycles, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience managing driver, courier, or gig worker platforms, or equivalent two-sided marketplace products.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and transparency initiatives (e.g., disclosure laws, regional reporting).
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies, MVP development, and rapid iteration.
  • Strong product discovery and storytelling abilities, with proven success driving outcomes through engineering and UX partnership.
