HVDC is looking for a Quality Specialist to work together with us in an international environment with plenty of opportunities. In this role you will be part of the quality team that are dedicated to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.
As our Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for the HVDC Integrated Management System (IMS), managing, and improving the quality system processes and tools.

How you’ll make an impact
Manage and improve the HVDC Integrated Management System (IMS)
Provide training, recommendations, and monitor KPIs
Ensure compliance with quality processes and maintain high efficiency
Collaborate globally to enhance customer satisfaction and quality culture
Develop and maintain IMS-related training and certifications
Drive process improvements and prepare monthly reports
Your background
Bachelor’s in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering
Solid experience with quality tools, including ISO9001 and Six Sigma concepts
Proven experience with the Adonis (BOC) business process management tool.
Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Integrated Management Systems (IMS) that enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a readiness to take on new initiatives.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
