The role of Jordan North America Business Integration team is to drive a new level of strategic execution and enterprise leadership to serve consumers and execute flawlessly across our Marketplace and accelerate Jordan Brand Greatness.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sr Manager, Merchandising Business Integration within Jordan NA, and work closely with the Jordan Merchandising Sport and Direct Teams, Global Jordan Merchandising Business Integration, GEL/NAEL and your counterparts within Nike NA Merchandising Business Integration teams. You will also engage with key cross-functional stakeholders across the Jordan Sport teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for our next All-Star MVP to level up the game in Jordan NA Marketplace Business Integration and help deliver “Greatness” through Merchandising planning and execution.
As a Specialist II, Merchandising Business Integration, you are a member of the Jordan NA Merchandising Business Integration team focused on supporting and enabling the Jordan NA Merchandising team. You will partner cross-functionally with Nike NA Merchandising, Jordan Global Merchandising, Jordan NA Marketplace, Express Lane Product Creation, and Business Integration teams to execute key seasonal CODE moments through improved processes, tools, and capabilities.
This role will report to the Sr Manager, Merchandising Business Integration within Jordan NA, and work closely with Jordan NA Merchandising team in support of key merchandising moments and events.
The ideal candidate will bring a process and growth mindset, project management, organizational skills and an attention to detail. Their ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively is critical. Strong communication skills and effective collaboration are must-have skills. Seasonal CODE process knowledge and cross-functional experience are also important elements.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will work with the Jordan Merchandising team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to organize, prepare for, and deliver priority Merchandising seasonal moments as part of the Consumer CODE process, including future season Line Planning, Merchandising Assortment Review, Merch to Merch and Seasonal Alignment (LSR x Merch Handover). You will also help drive consistency and rigor in day-to-day operations and preparation for the Merchandising team. You define and implement best practices as well as identify and action against continuous process improvement opportunities to drive next level execution for Jordan North America Merchandising.
