What You Will Do:

  • Participate in project meetings with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand data specific needs.
  • Analyze legacy data systems, entity relationships and system interfaces to detect data patterns, anomalies, and trends to develop business requirements.
  • Gathering requirements and process mapping;
  • Develop and generate data queries for data extractions and or transformations.
  • Generate data views and reports to support end users visualize results and conduct self-directed analysis; leverage presentation expertise, to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Mentoring and leading junior staff members, providing technical training;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;


What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years experience in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automations built using UiPath

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other commercial automation tools;
  • Software development skills utilizing R, Python, .Net or other languages including VBA;
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts;
  • Experience with predictive models, using different multiple machine learning (ML), robotic processing automation (RPA) and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms (linear and logistic regression, time series forecasting, decision trees, survivability analysis, etc.), to develop artificial intelligence (AI) workflows.
  • Human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations;
  • Business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management.
  • Business process analysis and optimization;
  • Selecting and applying the appropriate automation or software tool for a given customer requirement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate clearly about technical issues and needs to clients during meetings
  • Effective communication to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional environment;
  • Strong organization and self-management skills, ability to self sufficiently complete assigned tasks on time, willingness to ask questions when unclear, and the willing to take initiative and follow through;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities;
