What this job involves:

Strategic Business Development

• Lead BD initiatives through strategic networking and relationship leveraging across business units, focusing on Corporate & Growth Sectors for office space.
• Develop and nurture key corporate relationships while establishing partnerships with prominent developers and C-suite executives.
• Oversee preparation of sophisticated marketing materials and strategic presentations.
• Develop and optimize business development strategies for assigned geography.
• Mentor junior team members in BD best practices.

Advanced Transaction Leadership 

• Deliver high-level advisory services for complex commercial office transactions in Mumbai's premium market.
• Lead preparation of information memorandums, advanced financial analysis, and coordinate specialist consultant inputs.
• Provide fee-generating advisory services: lease vs buys analysis, REIT strategies, asset allocation, and market entry advice.
• Execute end-to-end complex transactions from assessment through closure including strategic sourcing, executive presentations, and negotiations.
• Drive on customer satisfaction by exceeding delivery and service quality benchmarks.
• Provide strategic mentoring and achieve individual and team performance targets.

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate transactions and business development.
• Mandatory expertise in office leasing advisory or corporate site strategy.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record managing high-value transactions with offshore teams and international clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic meetings and close significant deals consistently.
• Exceptional networking capabilities with established relationships in commercial real estate Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior professionals.
• Strategic thinking with track record of developing successful market strategies.
