We have an exciting opportunity for an analyst to join our Data Operations Data Integrity Team. You will play an integral role in our store support process, engaging with business partners and participating in projects and initiatives. 

Job Profile: Data Operations Analyst, Data Integrity  

 

The Analyst is a point of contact for Stores and Operations teams on master data related issues. This role is responsible for investigation and resolution of all notifications (data issues) identified by stores and/or operations.  

  

Accountabilities: 

  • Fluency with data comprehension for SAP 

  • Build and/or run Python programs to create reports/dashboards for teams  

  • Data research to support decision makings or operations, leveraging Python/SQL/SAP/Excel 

  • Extract and analyze requests submitted from stores in SAP 

  • Provide weekly report to update stakeholders 

  • Provide timely and accurate resolution of all scanning and procurement issues 

  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with Category Management to ensure timely resolution of all notification issues 

  • Monitor team mailbox and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely issue resolution 

  • Identify process gaps, opportunities for process improvement, and steps for resolution 

 

Job Qualifications: Technical and Soft Skills  

  • Post-secondary education at either the college or university level  

  • Experience working with SAP and Python 

  • UAT Testing is an asset 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including knowledge of MS Teams 

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills working with and manipulating large amounts of data.   

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in team settings 

  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills  

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization  

 

Key Measures (Performance indicators): 

  • Achieve and maintain SLA’s (target service level) in notification resolution  

  • Accuracy of notification resolutions 

  • Accurate and timely completion of daily tasks supporting notifications
