Your Role

As Digital Engineering Manager within our Technology and Future Programs team in the NGA Engineering Function, you will be responsible for the successful administration, usage monitoring, growth, continuous improvement and reporting of the NGA Systems Engineering environment. This role will provide leadership for all aspects of Digital Engineering implementation and enablement. 

The key to success in this position will be the understanding of Systems Engineering, Software development, Product Lifecycle management, Continuous Integration tools, and their management on distributed security controlled infrastructure.

About You

The ideal candidate will have an appropriate qualification in IT or Software Engineering, with administrative experience in Unix/Linux System Administration and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Experience in programming/Scripting using C, .NET, JAVA, Powershell, Unix Scripting, Perl, Python, Groovy etc., is crucial to the position. Another key element of this role is proven experience in virtualisation technologies.

This role requires engagement with key stakeholders within the Northrop Grumman Enterprise to provide timely and appropriate support to their programs and systems, so strong and friendly collaborative skills are necessary.
