Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.

The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!

As a Logistics Analyst, your role will focus on managing and optimizing end‑to‑end logistics operations across Bosnia and Herzegovina — ensuring that transportation, warehousing, demand planning, and last‑mile distribution run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal standards and local regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in aligning demand and supply, improving forecast accuracy, supporting inventory optimization, and enabling timely, reliable product availability for customers and patients. Additionally, you will monitor logistics performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate closely with internal and external partners, and provide analytical, data‑driven insights that support decision‑making and operational excellence within the Supply Chain organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing end‑to‑end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, demand planning, local supply, and last‑mile distribution.
  • Conducting monthly demand reviews and supporting alignment between demand, supply, and inventory targets from both logistical and financial perspectives.
  • Driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and deployment of new processes, standards, and best practices within the Supply Chain environment.
  • Maintaining regulatory and internal compliance in all logistics and distribution activities across BIH.
  • Monitoring key Supply Chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, stock aging, and service levels.
  • Managing returns and quality‑related processes, in case of complaints or recalls, following company policies and legal requirements.
  • Creating and updating forecasts in SAP and ensuring accuracy of master data.
  • Raising purchase orders for spare parts, coordinating closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring validity of legally required logistics permits and proactively coordinating renewals.
  • Managing supplier and logistics provider performance through regular data-driven reviews.
  • Overseeing active inventory management, including stock monitoring, aging analysis, and scrapping processes when needed.
  • Validating logistics invoices and supporting preparation of regular logistics and packaging reporting.
  • Providing operational support to Customer Service during absences.
  • Supporting audits, projects, and cross-functional collaboration related to warehousing, distribution, and inventory optimization.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Economics, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an international Supply Chain environment, ideally within healthcare or MedTech.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes, with deep knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving improvements in fast‑changing and complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functions.
  • Customer‑oriented, analytical mindset, with strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven approach.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong working knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management systems, and planning tools such as SAP
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
