Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience in integrating Oracle Primavera P6 with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with software configuration and customization to meet unique project requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
