We are looking for a new member of the Commercial Solutions Engineering team at Miro. The team’s mission is to be customer-facing technical leaders who represent the Miro brand by articulating business value and applying thought and practical leadership to drive solution wins for our customers.
As an SE supporting the Commercial segment, you will accelerate new logo and expansion sales cycles and serve as a Miro product expert. You will serve as an important link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering parts of the company and will be a key partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in shaping how our customers use the product and how our product evolves with the customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will have experience and an interest in managing the business ecosystem for SMB/Mid Market customers, experience handling complex accounts, and technical/domain knowledge.
