Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the intended requirements. The engineer acts as the central liaison, guiding the project from conception through deployment while addressing challenges and adapting solutions to evolving needs. Collaboration and leadership are key components, as the role demands managing workflows and aligning efforts across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce platforms to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting within Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
